Our policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
If you arrange a return, we require the item to be in new condition with the original packaging and tags attached.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return packages.

We will issue a refund immediately upon receipt of your return. Refunds may take up to 8 business days to be credited.
In the event that your order is undeliverable due to customs duties, we are not responsible for these charges.
If you enter an incorrect address and do not inform us, we will not be able to refund your order once it has been shipped.
If we have set up a free exchange (new size or other item), you will no longer be eligible for a return/refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any swimwear or lingerie products.
Some items are not returnable. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines are not returnable. We also do not accept returns on personal hygiene products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are allowed (if applicable).
Books with visible signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts, not due to our fault

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to let you know we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to appear.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of the returned item. The gift certificate will be mailed to you after we receive the return.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and they will be responsible for your return.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange product to arrive may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
